Client Onboarding Process

At Active, we have been on the leading-edge of the marketing industry for years. From our full services digital offerings to more traditional marketing mediums such as print and booth design, we are committed to helping you reach your goals.

What You Will Receive From Us

Every billing cycle you will receive a report outlining the work that was done to help improve your online presence. This will provide you with the data you need to understand what Active has been doing for your company. This report will break out the number of hours that were utilized to complete each task.

These hours will be used in a way to effectively market your business across a variety of mediums. In some cases it will be determined that your site could benefit from additional hours of work. When these opportunities become available, Active will discuss the opportunities with you to see if you would like to pursue them.

If you agree to this increased workload for a given month, Active will give you the option to either pay separately for the additional hours used, or allow you to use hours from the next billing cycle to offset additional costs.

In addition, you will receive an outline of what we plan to do in the upcoming billing cycle to promote your site.

What You Can Expect From Us

At Active we approach client management a little differently then you might be used to. When we work on your site, we work on your site as a company. That’s right. Your hours are not spaced out randomly over the course of the month, they are utilized by the entire team, working in unison on your site.

This unique approach allows us the opportunity to better collaborate, ensuring that we are providing you with the best possible services.

Billing

Billing occurs on the date that your contract was received. So, if your contract was received on the 18th of the month, your monthly cycle will begin on the 18th of each month.
